CLA. Conjugated Linoleic Acid reduces body fat, but not by burning it. Rather, it prevents fat cells from growing larger. CLA also enhances muscle growth, thyroid function, and insulin sensitivity. Numerous studies show CLA promotes fat loss and muscle gain, but not weight loss.[1][2][3]

Protein. Sleek and Lean CLA Shake contains 3 proteins: micellar casein, whey protein isolate, and whey protein concentrate. Because casein protein digests slowly, it suppresses hunger and provides a constant supply of nutrients. Whey protein digests faster, so its nutrients reach muscles much quicker.

Protein builds and strengthens muscle. It promotes healthy muscle growth and speeds up recovery. Protein also promotes weight loss by lessening cravings and increasing satiety.

Research shows micellar casein suppresses appetite.[4] However, study participants taking whey protein isolate reduced fat and built muscle better than those taking casein.[5]
