Hydroxycut Gummies

hydroxycut gummies

Hydroxycut is already the #1-selling weight loss brand in the world, but that hasn’t stopped them from attempting to penetrate the market’s every corner. Hydroxycut Gummies, the latest addition to the popular lineup, attempts to target a different audience—one fed up with diet pills.

Hydroxycut Gummies use the same core formula as other Hydroxycut products, but—according to advertisements—are easier and more fun to take.

If you’re looking for a weight loss supplement that thinks outside the capsule, Hydroxycut Gummies may be right for you. Let’s investigate a little further, however, before you take out your credit card.

What Do Hydroxycut Gummies Do?

The first thing we need to do is establish what Hydroxycut Gummies are said to do. That way, we can measure the formula against the advertising claims.

Unfortunately, Hydroxycut doesn’t say much about their newest product. Other than being described as “great tasting” and able to help you lose weight without stimulants, the product page for Hydroxycut Gummies is curiously blank. We don’t know if Hydroxycut Gummies boost your energy, target your appetite, or trigger fat burning.

It seems odd that Hydroxycut would keep so close-lipped, but maybe they’re anxious to avoid lawsuits based on overly specific language.

What’s in Hydroxycut Gummies?

Instead, maybe we can tell what Hydroxycut Gummies do by looking at their formula. As I previously mentioned, there’s not much new in Hydroxycut Gummies. In fact, this looks like just another Hydroxycut Caffeine Free incarnation.

If you’re not familiar with the Hydroxycut lineup, you don’t know what that entails, however. I’ll go over each ingredient in the Hydroxycut Gummies mix as well as their pros and cons so that you do.

Lady’s Mantle

Pros: This plant extract may improve the digestive system to increase nutrient absorption and metabolism.

Cons: There is no research proving these effects. In fact, lady’s mantle is more commonly used to alleviate stomach complaints like diabetes or water retention.

Wild Olive

Pros: Olive extract is high in fatty acids that accelerate fat burning, as well as antioxidants that prevent heart attack and stroke. Olive may also lower cholesterol and blood pressure.

Cons: These benefits require a 30- to 40-gram dose, something definitely not possible in the small 170 mg proprietary blend in Hydroxycut Gummies.

Cumin

Pros: Cumin is a diuretic meaning you can jump start weight loss by losing some water weight and laying a foundation for more lasting weight loss.

Cons: Diuretics on their own do not stimulate lasting weight loss. Like lady’s mantle, cumin is more commonly used to treat gastrointestinal issues.

Wild Mint

Pros: Wild mint proponents say it acts as a mild stimulant to boost metabolism and burn fat.

Cons: There are no scientific studies to support these claims. In fact, wild mint is most commonly used to treat diarrhea and menstrual cramps.

Goji

Pros: Extract from goji berry boosts the immune system to guard against obesity-related complications like heart disease.

Cons: Goji can’t do anything for existing weight.

Acerola Concentrate

Pros: Acerola is rich in vitamins C and A, as well as thiamin and niacin. Since these vitamins are vital in energy production, acerola can help you find the motivation and physical capacity to complete your workout.

Cons: The appropriate dose for acerola is unknown. It may or may not be effective in Hydroxycut Gummies.

Blueberry

Pros: Like other ingredients in Hydroxycut Gummies, blueberries are packed with antioxidants to lower blood pressure and cholesterol.

Cons: Blueberry doesn’t do anything to stimulate weight loss directly.

Pomegrante

Pros: Pomegranate boosts the immune system. It also lowers LDL, or “bad,” cholesterol—something many overweight people struggle with.

Cons: Sugar levels in pomegranate are high, making this a high-calorie addition to Hydroxycut Gummies.

Bilberry

Pros: High in vitamins and minerals, bilberry is another ingredient that keeps the body healthy. There is also anecdotal evidence to suggest bilberry leads to weight loss.

Cons: There is no scientific evidence to support claims that bilberry spurs weight loss.

It’s easy to look at these ingredients and draw the conclusion that Hydroxycut Gummies are ineffective. After all, each ingredient barely puts a dent in weight directly.

However, Hydroxycut makers claim that together, these ingredients can get the job done. In fact, they say one study found the Hydroxycut core blend led to a 4.3-point reduction in BMI in the average study participant.

It’s important to remember this is a commercial study when considering these results. The study has also never been replicated or verified by an independent source, so take the findings with a grain of salt.

You should also note that Hydroxycut Gummies is loaded with calories at 90 calories per day. You’re also taking on 14 grams of carbs and 6 grams of sugar by choosing this product.

Do Customers Like Them?

Why rely on Hydroxycut’s word that their formula is effective? Let’s see what real customers have to say.

Surprisingly, customers seem to like these gummies. Hydroxycut Gummies currently hold a 4.5/5-star rating on Drugstore.com, based on 23 reviews.
Though Hydroxycut was never explicit about what the gummies do for weight loss, most customers seem to think they suppress appetite and boost energy.
Here’s a look at what a few customers have to say.

“After only 4 days of taking the gummies I realized that my appetite decreased and I still ate the things I like but just not as much. I also feel like the gummies give me some kind of more energy to better keep up with my two kids (both full of energy!!).’” –maggiemay

“I really like this product!! The gummies taste great and I consider them my little “treat” before meals. I have noticed that taking the gummies, I seem to not be as hungry….therefore I don’t over indulge and eat too much at meals. It also has seemed to curb by cravings for carbs and sweets”—bsharman

Those who are less positive about Hydroxycut Gummies are unhappy with the product’s taste and consistency.
“It works pretty good. its just a little hard to chew.” –AJ

“Tastes like burned taco seasoned meat.”—xmsmandi

What’s the Best Way to Take Hydroxycut Gummies?

To get the most from Hydroxycut Gummies, manufacturers recommend taking 3 servings of 2 gummies each day before your 3 main meals. This means you’ll be eating 6 gummies per day, going through the bottle of 60 gummies in 10 days.

To maximize the gummies’ effect, try not to snack between meals or after dinner. Users on Drugstore.com recommend drinking at least 8 water glasses throughout the day to avoid dehydration.

You should also plan on following a well-regulated weight loss program, with diet and exercise. Remember to factor in the gummies’ calorie count when planning your diet.

Where Can I Buy Hydroxycut Gummies?

Do Hydroxycut Gummies sound like the weight loss product for you? You’re in luck, then, because Hydroxycut is available at many locations.

On Hydroxycut.com, you can find 1 bottle with 60 gummies for $24.99. Considering that 1 bottle will only last 10 days, you’ll want to find a cheaper price elsewhere. Some options include:

AllStarHealth.com
$14.99

Sears.com
$14.99

Amazon.com

Are Hydroxycut Gummies Worth Trying?

If you can afford to purchase a product with such a short lifespan, Hydroxycut Gummies might not be a bad investment. This is especially true if your biggest problem with weight loss is overeating or a lack of energy.

However, Hydroxycut Gummies won’t be right for everyone. If you’ve tried Hydroxycut products in the past without success, there probably isn’t much Hydroxycut Gummies can do for you.

These chewies don’t do anything!! They are just candy. I’m a queen of OTC diet products [GENERALLY just curious to see if what they say works] and I find Hydroxycut doesn’t claim to do anything that we can prove. I’m getting my money back [which they don’t offer, but we’ll see].
